ABOUT THE PRACTICE

The Practice of Jayne McKenzie Smith was started in 2002.

Jayne has been a qualified solicitor since 1993 and has a total of 16 years legal experience behind her.

Jayne is an accredited member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel which means that Jayne has demonstrated experience and knowledge in handling the complexities of divorce and separation. By achieving this accreditation Jayne is committed to providing a high quality service.

Jayne is also an accredited specialist and member of the Solicitors Family Law Association. Her particular specialisms are financial provision and children law (private). Jayne subscribes to the Code of Practice of this well respected organization which requires a non-confrontational, conciliatory approach to all the issues involved in family breakdown.
